Instant Glowing Skin with fascial Home Remedies.
All ingredients you need are secretly hiding in your kitchen cupboard.

I have always been a huge fan of homemade recipes when compared to buying those promising store-bought products. I started my beauty routine at a young age ( 12 years old) in the period when I had acne and I was not feeling comfortable and confident about myself as many of you out there.
Despite my insecurities, I pushed myself to do some research to find solutions and this took me to mysterious dimensions of life and, helped me to see and perceive myself with love, admiration, and gratitude.
I don't remember how many books I read! Probably thousands, but I remember enjoying every minute of it.
Nothing is more impressive than a woman who is secure in the unique way God made her.
I would like you to reflect carefully upon what I am going to write in the following paragraphs before I share some practical Home-Made Recipes.
Generally, we tend to think about fixing the problem externally instead of internally, and that's the biggest mistake we can make.
Most often, the problem originates from within, and as a result, it is reflected on the outside in various forms.
By saying that, I am sure you are expecting me to give you some diet advice regarding what to eat or avoid eating.
This is not the case, I'm sorry!
As I mentioned before thanks to my driven passion for learning and digging deeper has enabled me to discover some mysterious/unknown dimensions that most of us ignore due to the limited and controlled system of education that gives credit to what is observed and measured (science) while leaving aside the mystery and the unknown that can only be understood and experienced only with faith and connection to the divine, God.
I believe you are wondering what all this has to do with your skin?
Be patient, seat, relax and keep reading.
I am going to use the approach of DETOXING applied to 3 components: Soul, Mind, and Body.
Each one of these has a duty and all of them are connected.
As you ignore one, it will affect the other, causing unbalance leading to illness and disorders such as stress, anxiety, depression, fear of the future, low confidence, muscle thinning, hair loss, back pain, change in appetite, chest pain, constipation or diarrhea, extreme tiredness, general aches, and pains, headaches, high blood pressure, insomnia, lightheadedness, palpitations (the feeling that your heart is racing), sexual problems, shortness of breath, stiff neck, etc.
On the other hand, if you achieve a balance in the three dimensions, you will reach a state of inner peace and bliss, which will then manifest on the outside as well.
Health does not always come from medicine. Most of the time it comes from peace of mind, peace of heart, and peace in the soul. It comes from laughter and love.

Now, let me quickly introduce you to some tips on how to balance the soul, mind, and body by using the technique of detoxing.
I won't go into depth on this topic because I need a separate article for each one of them, but I would like to give you a quick guide on how to approach the 3 dimensions before we proceed with our homemade recipes.
Detoxifying your soul through prayer
Faith and prayer are the vitamins of the soul; man cannot live in health without them.
-Mahalia Jackson-
Certain people glow with a beautiful light emanating from their face, skin, smile, and eyes. When they speak, you are showered by their warm and loving positive energy that is able to touch your soul.
"Beauty is a kind of radiance. People who possess a true inner beauty, their eyes are a little brighter, their skin a little dewier. They vibrate at a different frequency."
- Cameron Diaz.
A clear aura requires a lot of inner work, by cleansing the heart of all the dust and dirt of everyday life we experience such as anger, competitiveness, stress, attachment, jealousy, fear, sadness, guilt, frustration, depression, loneliness, emptiness, greed, envy, selfishness, arrogance, illusion, etc.
To release these negative qualities, we need to connect with our divine creator and use the wonderful tool he gave us for cleansing our hearts, which are prayer and meditation.
Our prayer and meditation will enable us to release these negative qualities and open the channel of wisdom and guidance that connects us with our divine creator, God.
The Golden Keys to Healing. Love melts all blockages. Forgiveness brings peace. Service is the purpose of life. Use these golden keys to unlock the doors to health and the gates of life. - Zhi Gang Sha-
The purpose of the soul is to reach a state of inner peace in which we learn to fulfill our hearts with positive qualities such as honesty, compassion, wisdom, loyalty, maturity, forgiveness, empathy, trustworthiness, joy, courage, humility, fulfillment, gratitude, love, altruism etc.
"Some of us teach ourselves and our children to love the superficial outer; our looks, hair, skin, clothes rather than the greater beauty that resides within whereas it is that inner beauty that really defines you and who you truly are."
- Rassool Jibraeel Snyman.
Detoxing the mind through Discipline and Growmindset
Each individual’s mind is an extraordinarily powerful machine that constantly produces thoughts. Our thoughts control and determine almost everything that happens to us. They can make us happy or sad, alert or aware, confident or insecure, powerful or powerless, victim or victor, respected or ignored, and so on. Thoughts can also have a positive or negative effect on health; they can raise or lower our heart rate, improve or interfere with digestion, change the chemical composition of our blood, help us sleep, or keep us awake at night.
According to the researcher of positive psychology at the University of North Carolina Fredrickson Barbara, positive thinking has a big impact on an individual’s skills. She suggests that positivity in the mindset help produce emotion such as joy, amusement, happiness, serenity, gratitude, and inspiration to promote new and creative actions, ideas, and social bonds. When people experience positive emotions, their minds broaden and they open up new possibilities and ideas.
" If you plant in your mind a picture of bright and happy
expectations, you put yourself into a condition conducive to your goals.’’
-Norman Vincent Peale-
As our body is healthy to the degree to which we eat a portion of healthy food, our mind is healthy to the degree to which information we feed it. It is important to feed our minds with information and ideas that are uplifting. That is why is it crucial to discipline our minds for personal growth which refers to various techniques to improve once habits, behaviors, actions, and reactions. For example, learning how to control anger, learning how to overcome procrastination, learning new skills, changing our mindset, etc.
Personal growth requires motivation, a desire to change, and the willingness to strive for changes.
Keep always in mind that personal growth is not a destination but it is continuous work, it is something that you continue throughout your entire life.
“I can choose either to be a victim of the world or an adventurer in search of treasure. It's all a question of how I view my life.”
-Paulo Coelho-
Detoxifying the body by fasting
As we all know, introducing a healthy diet with a variety of high-quality fresh food has a positive impact on our level of health and energy. Consuming healthy foods and avoiding the unhealthy generally leads the body to become more resistant to most diseases, and feel more energetic and happier.
According to the article ‘’ How Does Eating Healthy Affect Your Physical, Mental Social Health?’’ Which states‘’ Eating a healthy diet keeps you physically and mentally fit. When you look good, you feel good and you have self-confidence and fewer inhabitations; you are more outgoing and have a greater capacity for enjoying life. Unhealthy food choices lead to obesity and illness, prevent from socializing with friends and family, and zap your energy."
Also, The Mayo Clinic notes that physical activity stimulates the production of endorphins which are brain chemicals that make us feel happier.
Along with these positive habits, I would like to introduce you to a practice from ancient times called fasting.
O you who have believed, decreed upon you is fasting as it was decreed upon those before you that you may become righteous" -- Surat Al-Baqarah 2:183, Quran.
"...But to fast is best for you if you only knew." -- Surat Al-Baqarah 2:184, Quran.
Fasting means choosing not to eat food for a period of time each day. You might not eat for several hours or only have one meal a day.
The Physician Within
"Everyone has a physician inside him or her; we just have to help it in its work. The natural healing force within each one of us is the greatest force in getting well. Our food should be our medicine. Our medicine should be our food. But to eat when you are sick is to feed your sickness."
- Hippocrates-
"Instead of using medicine, rather, fast a day."
- Plutarch-
There are two kinds of purposes for fasting. Spiritual and physical fasting.
The spiritual benefit of fasting is that it helps us detach ourselves from our addictions and attachments, allowing us to achieve clarity of mind and a sense of spiritual awareness.
In the physical sense, fasting helps your body cleanse itself of toxins and forces your cells to enter into processes they do not normally initiate when constantly consuming food.
As a result of mild stress caused by fasting, your cells adapt by enhancing their coping mechanisms. In other words, they become stronger. A similar process occurs when muscle and the cardiovascular system are stressed during exercise.
As with exercise, our bodies can only become stronger when they have adequate rest and recovery time.
Here are some benefits of balancing the 3 components :
Physical benefits (body): it lowers oxygen consumption, increases blood flow and slows the heart rate, leads to a deeper level of physical relaxation, reduces anxiety attacks by lowering the levels of blood lactate, decreases muscle tension, enhances the immune system, Reduces activity of viruses and emotional distress, enhances energy, strength and vigor, higher skin resistance, helps in post-operative healing, harmonizes our endocrine system, produces lasting beneficial changes in brain electrical activity, etc.
Psychological benefits (mind): builds self-confidence, increases serotonin level, influences mood, and behavior, helps with focus and concentration, increased brain wave coherence, increased feelings of vitality and rejuvenation, increased emotional stability, improved learning ability, and memory, develops intuition, easier to remove bad habits, greater communication between the two brain hemispheres, increase in the capacity for intimate contact with loved ones, increases one's perceptual ability and motor performance, higher intelligence growth rate, decrease in potential mental illness, develop will power, increases the sense of responsibility, increases listening skills and empathy, gives composure to act in considered and constructive ways, develops emotional maturity, grows a stable, more balanced personality, greater tolerance, etc.
Spiritual Benefits ( soul): provides peace of mind, happiness, helps you discover your purpose, growing wisdom, deeper understanding of yourself and others, brings body, mind, and the spirit in harmony, increased compassion, increased self-actualization, deeper level of spiritual relaxation, increased acceptance of oneself, creates a deeper relationship with God, helps learn forgiveness, changes attitude toward life, attain enlightenment, helps to live in the present moment, creates a widening, deepening capacity for love, the discovery of the power and consciousness beyond the ego, experience an inner sense of "Assurance or Knowingness, increases the synchronicity in your life, etc.
Heal the soul first; then healing of the mind and body will follow. Fulfill the soul first; then the fulfillment of the mind and body will follow.
